First Cities Project, UPC# 55202, VDOT #U000-134-175. This project will provide a six-lane divided roadway on a 131-foot right-of-way from I-264 to Virginia Beach Blvd., a distance of approximately 3,550 feet. Aesthetic improvements will be provided to enhance this roadway corridor. Roadway modifications also include Admiral Wright Road and Denn Lane.

Current Status and Progress
The revised scope includes work at at the intersections of Southern Blvd. and Cleveland St. with Witchduck Rd. and Admiral Wright Rd. with Denn Ln. 90% plans are due in May. Right of Way plats are being revised.
