This project is for the design and construction of a two-lane undivided parkway from Kellam High School to the end of the curve adjacent to the Fountain property, a distance of 5,750 feet. This project will provide paved shoulders for cyclists, pedestrian accommodations, and drainage swales.

Dominion has completed their design. Design in 90% complete and the utility relocations are being incorporated into the roadway design. Plats are being prepared, submitted and reviewed.
