This project is for the design and construction of modifications to the existing combination pipe/ditch drainage system from Baker Road to Diamond Springs Road, north of Northampton Blvd. A FY 2004-05 drainage study identified improvements necessary to minimize roadway/property flooding upstream. The Strategic Growth Office is managing this project as part of the Burton Station Phase I Strategic Growth Area development (CIP 9-081.003). Acquistion and additional design and construction funding are provided under CIP 9-081.003. Construction is anticipated in 2015.
